of system that DOESN'T necessarily require a trainer."
If you can commit just 30 minutes a day, at
least three times a week you can expect to burn fat and build muscle with this
training.
This is a good program for people who
do not have the time to work out daily but are
in shape to really hit it when they do.
The system was designed for all fitness
levels and body types but again is high intensity and will not be right for many beginners or
those that are very out of shape.
