3 Stomach Reducing Exercises You Can Use Today to Get a Flatter Stomach and 6 Pack Abs Without Situps and Crunches.

Would you like to learn some fat burning secrets to get a flatter stomach?  

Maybe the 6 pack abs that the swimsuit models always seem to have?

You are not alone.

Most all of us would love a thin, sexy tummy.

After all — Looks matter. A lot.

But a smaller middle and less fat can also reduce other health risks — such as heart attacks and back problems.

How can you get that swim suit model look?

These are the basic stomach reducing exercises you need to do.

1. Exercises to Burn Fat

Many people are still convinced that if they do 100’s of sit-ups and crunches, they’ll eventually have the stomach of LL Cool J.

There is a chance you can develop those muscles, but if you don’t include a fat burning routine to “uncover” them, no one will ever see them.

Crunches and sit-ups can strengthen and build your abs, but they do very little to burn the fat from your waistline.

Start with one of the best fat burning programs. It will get your whole body in great shape and is much easier than a full blown exercise program to start with.

2. Cardio

You don’t have to go out and enter a marathon next week, but you should start soon to incorporate a small bit of cardio into your daily routine if you haven’t already.

It’s not hard to do. I never run (unless something is chasing me) be I do love to ride my bike. I have a riding buddy, Aaron, and we try to get out at least 3 times a week after work or on weekends.

Other people swim, do aerobics or even practice mixed martial arts(!).

Some people get up early and use a little cardio and kick-start their day (not for me, thank you.) Just pick a good time for you and get out there.

Now that you have began to burn off the fat covering your middle and started getting into shape with cardio — it’s time to start your…..

3. Stomach Exercises

These are some of the exercises that can give you that sexy, flat tummy look.

And, let’s not kid ourselves here — this will be hard work.

Here are a couple of easy ab exercises to get you started –

The V Sit Up – Lie down on the floor, with your legs straight out, hands extended out over your head. Squeeze your muscles and raise your legs and torso at the same time. Try to not bend your knees! Reach with both hands toward your raised feet and touch them if you can. Return to starting position then repeat.

The Bicycle — (Rated Best Abs Exercise by San Diego State University) Lie down on the floor, again. Put your hands on the side of your head, behind your ears. Bring up your knees to about a 45 degree angle. Now start “pedaling.”

Now, touch your elbow to your opposite knee – right elbow, left knee and vice versa – as you continue.

I hope these tips get you going on the sexy tummy that you desire.

But remember, no one will ever see your sexy tummy if you don’t burn off the fat around your waistline first.
